Flat Matte is the latest UV/LED Top Coat by Light Elegance and can be used over any hard gel or acrylic to deliver the perfect matte finish.
Apply over any hard gel or acrylic, cure for 1 minute LED or 2 minutes UV. Don't forget to cleanse and wipe after curing.
