FLAT RATE $10.95 within Canada! 

FREE standard shipping on all orders of $350 or more within Canada (excluding taxes/promotional codes).

All shipping rates are subject to applicable taxes in Canada.

**Any order containing items with large dimensions or heavy weight exceeding standard delivery, may be subject to additional shipping charges.**

Orders placed after 11:00 AM AST may not leave our warehouse until the next business day. Please allow up to 24 hours (not including weekends) for your tracking to update online. You will receive an email once your order has shipped. Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed and may vary depending on the availability of items. 

Once your order has shipped it should take 1-3 business days to arrive. Remote areas may require additional time for delivery. Please note, our carriers currently do not deliver to P.O. Box.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for any issues that may occur during the shipping process.

Once the package is collected from our warehouse, the responsibility falls on the customer and the designated shipping carrier (such as UPS or Canpar).

We are more than happy to assist you with providing any information needed for filing a claim, it is important to note that we are not accountable for the reimbursement or replacement of shipments that are lost or stolen.

 

Back Orders

Occasionally merchandise has sold out before being restocked.

You are able to order the backordered items, they will be shipped to you as soon as they arrive in store, usually no more than 14 days. 

If your order contains a mix of in-stock items and backordered items, we will contact you to ask whether you would like to wait for the items to ship together or have the backordered items shipped once they arrive.

Generally, if the backordered items are arriving within 5 days we will hold your order until all your items have arrived before shipping, otherwise in-stock items will be shipped immediately and backorder items will be differed to ship with your next order.

Additional shipping costs may apply. 

 

Refund Policy

We offer refund as store credit and/or exchange within the first 10 days of your purchase, if 10 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. 

Eligibility for Store Credit and Exchanges

• Due to the cosmetic nature of our products, we cannot offer any returns on opened, used or sampled products.

• Merchandise must be in its original condition, include original packaging, and must be UNOPENED.

• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

• Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

• If your request is for an online order, please contact us directly at info@divinebeautysupplies.ca to discuss options before sending your item to us. We will not be responsible for any unauthorized returns. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Warranty replacements will be shipped at our expense once the item has been returned by you and inspected to ensure the issue is a manufacturers fault. Once we are given the authorization to issue a replacement we will ship within 2 business days.

A re-stocking fee of up to 20% can be applied to all returns and will be at the discretion of the store manager.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
