Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the professional and cosmetic nature of our products, all sales are final. Divine Beauty Supplies does not offer refunds.

Exchange Eligibility

Eligible regular-price merchandise may be considered for exchange within 10 days of purchase. All exchanges are subject to approval by the store manager.

  • A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.
  • Merchandise must be in its original condition and original packaging.
  • Products must be unopened, unused and unsampled.
  • Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

For online orders, contact us at info@divinebeautysupplies.ca before returning any item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

A restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied to any approved return or exchange at the discretion of the store manager.

Electrical Products and Manufacturer Warranties

Once an electrical product has been sold, defects and warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer. The manufacturer may require your receipt or proof of purchase to complete a warranty exchange. Divine Beauty Supplies does not process manufacturer warranty exchanges.

Gift cards and education or course purchases are non-refundable.

Shipping

Shipping rates are based on the delivery destination and the total weight of the order. The rates and options shown at checkout are the final applicable rates.

Canada Standard and Express Shipping

  • New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan: standard shipping is $14.90 CAD for orders up to 3 kg.
  • Orders from 3.01 kg to 10 kg to the provinces listed above: heavy shipping is $24.95 CAD.
  • Express shipping for orders up to 2 kg to the provinces listed above is $21.90 CAD.
  • Newfoundland and Labrador: standard shipping is $17.90 CAD up to 2 kg, $29.90 CAD from 2.01 kg to 10 kg, and $39.90 CAD for orders of 10.1 kg or more.
  • Northwest Territories: Canada Post calculated rates are shown at checkout.

Free Shipping

Eligible orders of $250 CAD or more after discounts and before taxes may qualify for free standard shipping. Newfoundland and Labrador, remote destinations, oversized items and heavy orders are excluded. Any available free-shipping option will be shown at checkout.

All shipping rates are subject to applicable Canadian taxes.

Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. Atlantic Time may not leave our warehouse until the next business day. Please allow up to 24 hours, excluding weekends, for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.

Standard delivery is estimated at 3 to 6 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Remote destinations and product availability may require additional time.

Orders containing oversized or unusually heavy items may be subject to additional shipping charges. We will contact you before shipping if an additional charge is required.

Once an order has been collected by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the customer and the carrier. Divine Beauty Supplies will provide information needed to help with a carrier claim, but we are not responsible for reimbursing or replacing shipments that are lost or stolen after carrier collection.

Back Orders

Occasionally merchandise has sold out before being restocked.

You are able to order the backordered items, they will be shipped to you as soon as they arrive in store, usually no more than 14 days.

If your order contains a mix of in-stock items and backordered items, we will contact you to ask whether you would like to wait for the items to ship together or have the backordered items shipped once they arrive. You can also add a note to your order to have the items divided and backorders to ship with your next order.

Generally, if the backordered items are arriving within 5 days, we will hold your order until all your items have arrived before shipping, otherwise in-stock items will be shipped immediately and backorder items will be differed to ship with your next order.
