Refund Policy

We offer refund as store credit and/or exchange within the first 10 days of your purchase, if 10 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. 

Eligibility for Store Credit and Exchanges

• Due to the cosmetic nature of our products, we cannot offer any returns on opened, used or sampled products.

• Merchandise must be in its original condition, include original packaging, and must be UNOPENED.

• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

• Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

• If your request is for an online order, please contact us directly at info@divinebeautysupplies.ca to discuss options before sending your item to us. We will not be responsible for any unauthorized returns. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Warranty replacements will be shipped at our expense once the item has been returned by you and inspected to ensure the issue is a manufacturers fault. Once we are given the authorization to issue a replacement we will ship within 2 business days.

A re-stocking fee of up to 20% can be applied to all returns and will be at the discretion of the store manager.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
