How to use
Prepare artificial nail and clean surface
Apply background color
Apply Tack free top coat (Approximately 30 seconds but may vary depending on gel and lamp)
Rub pigment pen powder onto nail
Gently brush off and loose sparkles remaining
Top coat and cure for full time.
